The Bulgarian Prime Minister inspected the construction of the Hemus Highway in the Pleven region. The inspection was broadcast live on the Internet.

We have not fallen into despair; we can see who is working and what others want. There are elections next year and if people see their programs they might decide to elect them, Borissov said on the occasion of anti-government protests, BTA reported.

PM Borissov announced an upcoming meeting of the finance minister with mayors of small villages to discuss local funding. Earlier, mayors of small settlements staged a silent protest in Kalofer, demanding that each settlement have its own financial framework, and that mayors be elected in settlements with a population of less than 100 people.
