A report by the European Anti-Fraud Office - OLAF has confirmed the results of the Bulgarian investigation against Minyu Staykov and 13 other defendants, the prosecutor's office said. The report investigates the impact on the EU's financial interests in projects under the Rural Development Program and the National Vine and Wine Programme.

OLAF fully confirms the Bulgarian indictment that the beneficiaries had created artificial conditions to circumvent the conditions under the two programs and have criminally accumulated significant EU funding. The prosecution will present to the court the Final Report by OLAF and will ask for it to be attached to the evidence in the case, BTA reported.
