The co-ruling National Front for the Salvation of Bulgaria has submitted extraordinary amendments to the Food Act, regulating the sale of mineral and spring waters, for discussion in Parliament on November 4, BTA has reported. A reason behind the proposed changes is a letter from the European Commission that Bulgarian legislation governing the supply of mineral and spring waters did not comply with EU directives.
