Mobile station to monitor quality of air and sea water at Burgas Port

A mobile automatic real-time monitoring station measuring the parameters of  sea water and air has been installed on Burgas Port. The special modern equipment for monitoring the state of environment was bought within the frameworks of the ECOPORTIL project, BNR Burgas announced.

The European project fulfilled under the Balkan-Mediterranean Transnational Cooperation Programme, which also covers other Balkan countries, is to improve the quality of environment of ports and surrounding coastal areas by applying modern methodologies and good practices.
