Government gives aid to high school students, but only if they are going to school

During this school year, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy supported 24,162 eight-graders. The ministry informs that for the first time assistance is provided to children in high schools and the goal is to have fewer dropouts from the education system at this age. During the school year, the children are provided with the sum of 128 euros, which is tied to going to school. The idea is the help continued into the next school year.
