European funding for bus passenger service operators affected by Covid-19

The European Commission has approved financing for Bulgaria amounting to 30 million Leva (around 15 million euro) as grants in support of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises for bus passenger services, affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, BNR’s correspondent in Brussels Anguelina Piskova reports.  

The aim of the measure is to offset the sudden liquidity shortageя they face due to the pandemic. The funding cannot exceed 800,000 euro per company.
