Fewer and fewer Bulgarians are able to meet the conditions for retirement. By September 2020, the number of newly granted pensions was 62,757 or 20,484 less in comparison to 2015. The remaining pensions are for disability, hereditary ones, for early retirement under the conditions for the "Security" sector or not related to employment.
