Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev laid flowers in front of the monument to the poet Nikola Vaptsarov in Sofia on the occasion of 111 years since the poet's birth. Speaking to journalists, Radev pointed out that the parliamentary elections must be held on March 28, with voting machines delivered and licensed, as required by law.
