No exceedance of fine particulate matter norms registered in Sofia in past 24 hours

No exceedances of the fine particulate matter norms has been registered in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia in the past 24 hours, air quality data published on the website of the Executive Environment Agency show. 

However, exceedance of air pollution limit values were registered in seven Bulgarian towns. Concentration of fine dust particles in the town of Kardzhali exceeded 1.7 times the acceptable limits. Exceedance of acceptable norms was also registered in Trakia residential district in Plovdiv, as well as in the town of Blagoevgrad, the area near the railway station in Vratsa and Kamenitsa residential district in Plovdiv.
