Every year, until 2026, the Recovery and Sustainability Plan will provide 1% GDP growth for Bulgaria. This became clear after a meeting between Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev and the Economic and Social Council, BTA reported.

One of the goals of the plan is to boost the purchasing power of Bulgarian citizens so it could reach 75% of the European average purchasing power, Donchev explained.
Donchev announced that negotiations with the EC on the Recovery Plan were ongoing and would probably be almost final by the end of January.
