The first plane with Bulgarians returning from Great Britain has landed at Sofia Airport after the two-day ban on flights from the UK was lifted. The ban was imposed due to the discovery of a new strain of Covid-19. An organization has been set up for people arriving from the UK to be tested with a quick antigen test at the airport, said the state health inspector Assoc. Prof. Angel Kunchev.

Eight flights from the UK are expected to land at Sofia Airport today and it is possible that there will be a delay for the citizens due to the testing.
