Bulgaria is ready with the second improved version of the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan, which will be presented to the European Commission, Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev said at a webinar on the Green Deal and digital transformation, BTA reported.
The plan has 4 pillars. The first is "Innovative Bulgaria", involving large investments in education and innovation. “Green Bulgaria” includes energy efficiency projects. "Connected Bulgaria" includes a large part of the investments in transport and digitization. The fourth pillar is "Fair Bulgaria".
