Eurohold has overcome the latest regulatory requirement to acquire the Bulgarian assets of CEZ Electro Bulgaria. The Energy and Water Regulatory Commission has authorized a deal for acquiring 67% of the electricity distribution company's assets, BNR’s Horizont program reported.
