Premier Boyko Borissov congratulates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris

Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov congratulated Joe Biden on occasion of his inauguration as the 46th President of the United States. Premier Borissov also congratulated Vice-President Kamala Harris.

"Congratulations to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on occasion of their inauguration as President and Vice-President of the United States. I wish them much success. I am sure they will be good leaders. I am looking forward to working with them to bring the excellent relations between Bulgaria and the United States to a higher level by further strengthening our strategic partnership”, Boyko Borissov wrote on Facebook.
