6-year old Yoana Aladzhova from the town of Pleven won a bronze medal at the 50th jubilee International Children’s Picture Contest in Tokyo, organized by the Art Education Foundation in Japan.
Yoana won the medal for her painting “I am happy”. She painted herself, clad in the costume of a lazarka, lavishly decorated with embroidery and with flowers in her hair.
