“Sofia Tech Park is working with a leading European quantum computer and programming research and development centre. We are hoping that by June it will be among the world’s 500 top high-performance computers,” Petar Statev, chairman of the Sofia Tech Park supervisory board and of Cluster Information and Communication Technologies said for Bloomberg TV Bulgaria.

By building the first 5G base testing station Sofia Tech Park is helping young entrepreneurs develop smart networks. Petar Statev explained that whereas the basic 5G technologies are developed by three major companies, with smart networks there is no dominance and innovative companies can make their mark in this sphere.
