Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has presented high state awards to prominent Bulgarians in the fields of medicine, science and education.
Prof. Dr. Nikola Vladov and Prof. Dr. Georgi Todorov have received the Stara Planina Order for their achievements in medicine.
