On February 22, Bulgaria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva participates in the meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council. The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell will brief the ministers on the results of his visit to Moscow.
The United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken is expected to join the meeting by video conference in the afternoon, for an exchange of views on the EU-USA relations and the Covid-19 crisis.
