Inspection of Hot Lunch project takes place in Bulgaria

The managing authority of the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived operational programme has launched an inspection of the implementation of the project “Hot Lunch Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic”, announced Bulgaria’s Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. 

Nearly 60,000 low-income people and people living alone receive a soup, a main course meal and bread once a week. The inspectors will check the conditions under which food is prepared and whether the food menu meets the requirements for balanced and good nutrition. Moreover, the people who benefit from this service will be able to give their opinion on the quality of the service.
