Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov held a video conference with the President of the European Council Charles Michel, reported BNT. The conversation was part of a series of talks between Charles Michel and the heads of state or government of European Union countries in preparation for the forthcoming European Council meeting on March 25 and 26.

Premier Borissov mentioned again the proposal of Bulgaria, Austria, Latvia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Croatia for a compensation mechanism for distribution of Covid-19 vaccines in the EU per capita of the population.

"Otherwise, there would be huge differences between the member states regarding the process of immunization," noted Boyko Borissov.
