We want to develop normal relations with Russia and expect the same of this country, Bulgaria’s outgoing Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva said for the BNT.

"We stand in solidarity with the Czech Republic and we expect to receive a more detailed information from this country. There are well-founded doubts of a sabotage attack against an ammunition depot. The Bulgarian Embassy in the Czech Republic has informed us that this country has been working on several versions, including the version that one of the explosions was intended for Bulgarian arms dealer Emilian Gebrev, "said Zaharieva.

There have been serious tensions on Ukraine's border since the end of March. "I do not expect relations between Russia and the European Union to improve in the near future," predicted Ekaterina Zaharieva.
