Between 60% and 70% of the large hotels on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast will not open during the forthcoming summer tourist season, because the foreign guests will be faced with uncertainty, said Georgi Nikolchev, Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Owners in Tourism.
