In an official letter, BNR Director General Andon Baltakov has called on parliament to change the text of the State Budget Act, allowing the government to cut funding for public radio. The budget of the Bulgarian National Radio for the current year has been reduced by about half a million euros with the last decree of the outgoing cabinet.
