European Public Prosecutor's Office rejects two more Bulgarian candidates for delegated prosecutors

The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) has rejected two more Bulgarian candidates for European Delegated Prosecutors because they did not meet the necessary criteria. EPPO appointed one candidate - Veronika Trifonova. In this way only four out of ten Bulgarian candidates proposed will enter into office. The European Public Prosecutor's Office has told BNR that it expected a reaction from the Bulgarian authorities and expressed hope that they would present new candidates.
