Students shift to in-person learning, stadiums open at 50% capacity

On May 19, Bulgaria lifts the ban for in-person classes at the universities, reads an order issued by this country’s caretaker Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov.

Sports events are allowed, provided that no more than 50% of the capacity of the premises is used.

The final match of the Bulgarian Football Cup will be played tonight. Following Minister Katsarov’s order, a total of 20,000 spectators can attend the Football Cup final between Arda 1924 (Kardzhali) and CSKA (Sofia).
