No analysis of the consequences of current laws exists: Yanaki Stoilov

It will be a good tradition for any government to have a brief review of its work. The inspections should not last more than 2-3 weeks, Minister of Justice Yanaki Stoilov has told BNR's Horizont program.

Larger public procurement and the contracts concluded on their basis should be checked and there must be a review of the National Mechanism for Rule of Law, Judicial Reform and Fight against Corruption and Organised Crime, Stoilov said.

In Bulgaria, the analysis of the impact of the current laws is quite neglected. We have been witnessing endless changes, without clarity on the results and the problems caused by the current laws, the Minister added.
