The Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Development Bank - BDB have refused to provide access to the files of companies with large loans, Minister of Economy Kiril Petkov said. He has informed the Bulgarian National Bank over the case and reiterated that there were no concerns about the liquidity of BDB.
