The walnut tree is one of the spring symbols of the nature reborn. The nuts are rich in protein, fat, vitamins and minerals. Walnuts are widely used in traditional Bulgarian meals and in folk medicine. The walnut oil is used in cosmetics and for the prevention and treatment of some diseases.
