The European Public Prosecutor's Office is not a foreign institution - it serves European citizens, European Chief Prosecutor Laura Koveshi said at a pressconference held at the House of Europe in Sofia. "We will investigate crimes affecting the EU budget if the damage exceeds EUR 10 million. The European Public Prosecutor's Office will also investigate VAT fraud and corruption.
