Ciela Norma submits acceptable price quote for voting machines

The company Ciela Norma has submitted a price quote to the Central Election Commission (CEC) for the delivery of voting machines for the parliamentary election on 11 July which falls within the limits set down by the CEC – 4.35 million Leva.

During the official negotiations on this public procurement procedure the company had declared it could not cut down its expenses additionally as the commission demanded. Central Election Commission spokesperson Rositsa Mateva commented for the BNR that another invitation to tender would be considered for the delivery of voting machines.
