Culinary festival starts in Bulgaria's Teteven

For the fifth time in Teteven is organized a celebration of the specific fish soup, known as "tetevenska salamura" is organized for the 5th time in the town of Teteven, in the Stara Planina Mountain. The traditional dish regularly gathers lovers of delicious cuisine, crafts and folklore in the small mountain town. 

The celebration is held on the central square in Teteven, where master chefs will prepare fish soup and will present other dishes typical of the region. 

A carnival procession is also planned to the accompaniment of a brass band. 

There will be stocking of fish in the nearby Vit River
