Bulgaria reports 105 new cases of Covid-19 out of 17,080 tests performed

105 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 17,080 tests performed, indicate data of the Single Coronavirus Information Portal. 0.6% of the tests have returned positive result. No new Covid-19 cases have been reported in Razgrad, Smolyan, Shumen and Yambol districts. The highest number of new infections was reported in Sofia-39.

There are 9,233 active cases of Covid-19 at present. 1,495 people are being treated in hospital. 179 of them in intensive care units. 227 people have recovered and 9 have died in the past 24 hours.

12,603 vaccines have been administered in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of inoculations against Covid-19 to 1,748,265. 798,053 people have received their second vaccine dose.
