From July 1, Bulgaria will allow entry for citizens of other countries according to the distribution of countries in the red, orange and green zones. This was announced by the caretaker Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov, who came to the Kalotina border checkpoint on the border between Bulgaria and Serbia to test the system for electronic verification of European vaccination certificates. The decision in which zone the countries will fall will be made on the basis of the number of patients and the percentage of positive tests.
The list of countries will be updated once a week, BNR reported.
