Bulgaria reports 78 new Covid-19 cases

78 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 13,480 tests performed, indicate data of the Single Coronavirus Portal. 0.6% of the tests have returned positive result. The highest number of new Covid-19 cases have been reported in Sofia-29, followed by Varna-8 and Burgas-5. No new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in 9 Bulgarian districts.

There are 9,111 active cases of Covid-19. 1,481 people are being treated in hospital, 179 of them in intensive care units. 12 people have died and 188 have recovered in the past 24 hours.

13,027 vaccines have been administered in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of inoculations against Covid-19 to 1,761,277. 805,000 people are fully immunized.
