Machine voting is not unconstitutional, the Constitutional Court said. Five of the 12 judges have signed the decision with a dissenting opinion. "By its nature, the machine voting ballot is nothing but the transfer and visualization of the text from the paper ballot on electronic media," the decision reads. The magistrates say machine voting does not violate the constitutional rights of the voters and there is no discrimination.
