Hospitalized Covid-19 patients in Bulgaria are now less than 1,000

There have been 87 new registered coronavirus cases in Bulgaria for a day. 0.6% of 14,174 tests returned positive result, according to the Single Coronavirus Information Portal. Most of the new cases are in Sofia - 14. There have been no new cases in 8 districts of the country.

The number of registered patients is 8,196. The number of hospitalized patients has dropped below 1,000. A total of 961 patients are treated in hospitals as 111 are in intensive care wards. Two people with Covid-19 died in the past day. There were 306 recoveries.

There have been 11,712 vaccinations for a day. The total number of administered vaccines has reached 1,810,576 and a total of 830,261 people have already completed the immunization.
