On Friday the weather will be sunny and hot. There will be cumulus clouds in the afternoon, and isolated showers but only in the mountains. On the third day of the heatwave temperatures will continue between 36° and 41° C, for Sofia 38° C.
Over the Black Sea coastline the weather will continue sunny with a light to moderate Northeasterly wind. Maximum temperatures from 31° C. at Cape Shabla to 33° C. in Burgas and Sozopol. Seawater temperature 27° C., sea state – 2.
Over the mountains the weather will be sunny in the morning, with cumulus clouds in the afternoon with isolated showers and thunder. Daytime temperatures at an altitude of 1,200 m. will reach 32° C, at 2,000 m. - 24° C. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo maximum temperatures will reach 31° C., in Smolyan and Bansko - 35° C.
In the coming days the heatwave will continue. Maximum temperatures will range from 35° to 40° C., along the Black Sea coastline a little lower at 30°-34° C. due to the sea breeze.
