Plamen Nikolov, who has been nominated for prime minister by the "There is Such a People" party, will submit the composition of his future government to President Rumen Radev on August 6th. Asked if he knew that the other parties would not give their support to a government without written agreements, the candidate for prime minister replied: "We will present the draft after we reach all agreements. We are yet to see what would happen. All the instruments needed will be used."
