The number of people suffering from Covid-19 in recent days shows that there is a trend for worsening of the situation, probably by the end of August, the caretaker Prime Minister Stefan Yanev announced from the parliamentary rostrum. He assured that the Ministry of Health was ready with a detailed action plan in the event of a future wave.

"It is no coincidence that the leadership of the ministry is talking about moving to the orange zone with the appropriate measures that follow from this," the prime minister added.
He recalled that vaccination against coronavirus is slow, although there are vaccines for everyone. Health authorities are currently compiling statistics on how many people are demotivated to get vaccinated.
