During the weekend another organized non-traditional tour of Stara Zagora takes place with the Tourist Information Center being its starting point.

Unfamiliar pages of history related to interesting local personalities and events will open for those who want to take walk in the past. Tour participants will read unsent letters and cards written more than a century ago. There will also be fun moments from the traditions and everyday life of Stara Zagora from the past. This week's guide will be city researcher and doctor of social anthropology Maria Slavcheva, who will reveal the exciting and untold stories of Stara Zagora. "City tours are of great interest and visitors are always looking forward to the next meeting," she says.
