Parks in Sofia once again welcome book lovers with "green libraries"

Photo: Sofia Library

By the end of August, the parks in Bulgaria's capital city will become venues of "green libraries" again. Every Saturday and Sunday, in various open-air places in Sofia, readers will be able to leave a book they read and pick up a new one.

The 7th edition of the initiative, organized by the Sofia Library, includes in its programme various art studios, a lot of music, as well as meetings with writers.
Today and tomorrow the initiative is held in the Zaimov park (in front of Sofia Theatre) and Geo Milev park (next to the Festival Hall).
The next weekend hosts will be Sofia's South Park and the Sofia Zoo.
