Bulgaria reports 782 new cases of Covid-19 out of 18,166 tests performed

782 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 18,166 tests performed, indicate data of the Single Coronavirus Information Portal. 4.3% of the tests have returned positive result. The highest number of new cases was reported in Sofia-161, followed by Plovdiv district- 89 and Burgas district- 78.

The number of active cases of coronavirus infection has increased by 547 in the past 24 hours to 12,577. 1,222 patients are being treated in hospital, 108 of them in intensive care units. 18 people have died with established coronavirus. 217 people have recovered.

12,322 Covid-19 vaccines were administered in Bulgaria on Wednesday. There are 1,056,193 Bulgarians with full immunization.
