ITN leaves Parliament without quorum

The MPs were unable to vote the withdrawal of Prime Minister-designate Plamen Nikolov (ITN) due to the lack of quorum. Only 105 MPs were in the plenary hall. The National Assembly needed a quorum of 121 people to proceed with the voting. The Parliamentary group of ITN left the plenary hall before the start of the debate. "Stop blaming us. We are not a problem, we are a solution to the problem, but this will obviously happen after the next elections", said MP Ivaylo Valchev from "There is Such a People" party. He called the situation a farce and assured that his colleagues from ITN would return to the plenary hall as soon as the case concerning ITN’s prospective cabinet is closed.
