CSKA Sofia PFC continues in UEFA Europa Conference League

The football team of CSKA Sofia made a draw 1:1 as a guest in the second match in the UEFA Europa Conference League against the Croatian Osijek. With a total score of 5:3 CSKA goes to the playoffs to enter the European club tournament UEFA Europa Conference League

CSKA's Graham Carey was the first to score a goal in the 31st minute, and in the 54th minute Croatia's Škorić equalized. Despite the strong pressure of the hosts, the Bulgarian team kept the tie until the end of the match. In the next stage, CSKA will meet the Czech team of Victoria Plzen.
Bulgaria's team of Lokomotiv Plovdiv dropped out of the European club tournaments. The Bulgarians lost with 2:4 in their rematch in Denmark versus the team of Copenhagen in the third qualifying round and with a total score of 3:5 left the race.
