Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev has filed a request to the Constitutional Court for declaring provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly unconstitutional, the Prosecutor’s Office said.
According to these rules, the prosecutor must have a hearing in the parliament's legal committee every 3 months.
