Bulgaria reports an increase in Covid-19 hospitalizations

1,745 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 24,836 tests performed, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. 7% of the tests have returned positive result. The highest number of new infections was reported in Sofia-246, followed by Plovdiv-255 and Varna-163 new cases.

 There are currently 3,872 patients in hospital-134 more than yesterday, as 332 patients 332 patients are in intensive care units. 54 people have died and 580 have been reported cures in the past 24 hours. There are 32,192 active cases of Covid-19.

12,050 Covid-19 vaccines have been administered in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of inoculations against Covid-19 to 2,324,643. There are 1,180,497 people with completed immunization.
