Slight rise in pandemic indicators for Covid-19

2,029 is the number of newly registered Covid-19 cases out of 2,451 tests performed in the country in the past day, which is 31 infections more than the previous day. The coronavirus positivity rate is 9.5%, an increase of more than 1.5% compared to the day before, Single Coronavirus Information Portal show. 39,546 is the number of active cases in the country, up by 1,183 from the previous day.

4,584 patients are being treated in hospital, 386 in intensive care. 83 coronavirus patients have died in the past day, 763 have recovered.  

6,488 people infected with coronavirus have been admitted to hospital in the period from 1 to 14 September, 468 of them were vaccinated, or around 7.2%. In the period from 1 March to 15 September a total of 9,494 people lost their lives to coronavirus, of them only 64 were vaccinated.

11,002 doses of vaccine were administeredon Tuesday. 1,249,902 is the number of people in the country who are now fully vaccinated.
