"Bulgaria’s caretaker cabinet has demonstrated a different way of working - transparency and accountability", this country’s caretaker Premier Stefan Yanev said. In his words, the caretaker cabinet has shown the shortcomings in spending public funds and how this money can be spent in a transparent manner.

Bulgaria’s Premier also emphasized the successful work with the MPs from the 46th National Assembly, which led to the amendment of the state budget. The parameters of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan have been improved, although the work on the document is not over, said Stefan Yanev. According to Premier Yanev, the first funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan will go to the national budget by the end of the year. "Our vaccination policy has not failed and statistics related to vaccination have improved", noted Premier Yanev.
