1,892 new coronavirus cases have been registered for a day in Bulgaria after 25,189 tests, according to data of the Single Coronavirus Information Portal. 7.5% of the tests returned positive result.
The highest number of newly infected is in Sofia – 296; in Plovdiv - 162 and in Varna - 130. There are 4,649 patients in hospital as 395 of them are in intensive care. 79 patients passed away and 2,432 recovered. The active cases are 38,980. Yesterday, 10,450 coronavirus vaccines were administered bringing the total number to 2,458,928. A total of 1,272,680 people have competed the immunisation cycle.
