The National Trade Union of Bakers insists on a VAT reduction of 9% on all goods and services. According to them, this is the only working measure against inflation and the jump in the prices of basic goods.
The price of bread is formed not only by raw materials and labour, but also by electricity, gas and transport, which are subject to 20% VAT.
